referred to as "this application" ) and use our VIP service
(hereinafter referred to as "membership service") . In order to
protect your legal rights and interests, please carefully read and understand
the "Subscription Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this
Agreement") before purchasing or applying for VIP membership services, especially the restrictions, exemptions and
other terms in bold, underlined, etc. to remind you to pay attention. When you
follow the prompts in this application, click to agree to this agreement and
actually activate and use the membership service, it is deemed that you have
fully read and fully agreed to all the contents of this agreement and
voluntarily accept the constraints of this agreement.
You
should know and agree that if you want to enjoy the membership service, you
must complete the account registration and login according to the "User
Agreement" of this application and other applicable rules published by us,
and then you can experience the membership service according to the platform
prompts. When you use the membership service, in addition to complying with
this agreement, you must also agree to accept the "User Agreement"
and other applicable rules published by us. In addition, you should also comply
with relevant laws and regulations and reasonably use the membership service
and automatic renewal service within the scope permitted by law.
Users
of membership services must be at least the minimum age for accessing
application-related content and agree that we collect personal data in
accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are between the minimum
age for collecting personal data and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, your
parent or guardian must carefully review this Agreement, the Privacy Policy and
other applicable rules and accept these terms on your behalf . Parents or
guardians are responsible for the behavior of their children under the age of
18 when using our services. If you have any questions
about this Agreement, or are unable to accept the terms of this Agreement in
whole or in part, or have any feedback during use (including suggestions,
complaints, reports, etc.), please contact us via the following email:

a timely manner.
1.1 AI Storage Boost Member : refers to a user who has
successfully completed all procedures for purchasing AI Storage Boost membership
and, on the basis of abiding by this Agreement, enjoys the membership services
provided by AI Storage Boost during the validity period of membership .
1.2 AI Storage Boost Member Service Content : It is a member-exclusive benefit provided to you by AI Storage
Boost . This service is a paid value-added service and requires additional
payment. We have carefully created exclusive benefits for members, including
content, usage rules and restrictions, which are detailed in the second module
of this agreement .
1.3 AI Storage Boost Member Service Rules: Contains various related contents that have been published and
will be published from time to time in the future, such as member service
agreement, official announcements, page instructions, important notices, FAQs,
and various promotional details. Once the above contents are published, they
will take effect immediately and automatically become an integral part of this
agreement.
1.4 AI Storage Boost Agreement Update Mechanism: Based on other factors such as changes in the business
environment, adjustments to laws and regulations, and changes in policy
orientation, we and our affiliates have the right to revise this Agreement in a
timely manner. During the update of the Agreement, without your active and
explicit consent, we will not unilaterally reduce or reduce the legal rights
and interests you enjoy under this Agreement. After each update of the
Agreement, we will notify you through channels such as in-site messages,
application pop-ups, and notice boards to ensure that you are aware of the
latest terms in a timely manner.
2. AI Storage Boost Member
Subscription Benefits and Related
2.1 Member-only functions
（1）Advanced puzzle function: Member users can enjoy the advanced
puzzle function exclusively, which supports puzzles of static/dynamic images
with any templates, and has professional-grade seamless puzzle technology,
allowing users to easily stitch multiple pictures into unique works according
to their own creativity and needs. Whether it is to record daily life or to
create creative materials, it can be easily achieved, bringing users a highly
personalized picture creation experience.
（2）Advanced photo/video cleanup function: Member users can enjoy the
advanced photo/video smart cleanup function exclusively. With the help of AI
intelligent recognition technology, photos are accurately grouped. Users can
quickly clean up redundant photos with just one click, easily freeing up
storage space and making photo/video management more efficient and convenient.
Without complicated operations, the album can be kept clean and tidy, saving
users more time and energy.
（3）Advanced video compression function: Advanced video compression
function is exclusively available to member users, providing users with
professional-level video volume optimization solutions, realizing intelligent
reduction of video volume, and providing users with a multimedia management
experience that takes into account both efficiency and reliability through
full-process visual interaction and data security mechanisms.
2.2 Member-only services
We will provide you with exclusive customer
support services, giving you priority access to technical support and
solutions, and helping you properly solve problems and questions encountered
during use at any time. In addition, for member users, we also provide
personalized customization services, and will tailor cleaning strategies and
optimization plans to suit your needs and feedback, to comprehensively improve
your user experience.
2.3 Membership preferential policies
We
will combine the actual operation situation and launch various discounts such
as extended use, rights upgrade, price reduction promotion, etc. for users who
have activated or not activated the AI Storage Boost service at different
stages. The specific discount content shall be subject to the information
published on the AI Storage Boost related service page. If you meet the
corresponding conditions, you can enjoy the corresponding discount rights.
2.4 Policy Changes
We
have the right to adjust or modify member subscription benefits and related
content based on actual conditions. All changes will be announced in the AI
Storage Boost app and notified to member users before they take effect. You can
check the latest member benefits information in the app at any time. If you
have any objections to the changes, you can cancel your subscription at any
time and we will provide you with a reasonable solution.
3. Fees and cancellations
3.1 Charging Method
AI
Storage Boost membership is a paid service. You can pay the membership fee
through the subscription or purchase function in iOS.
3.2 Refund of Fees
AI
Storage Boost membership is a virtual product on the Internet, which adopts the
"pay first, then service" model. The membership fee is the price of
the product corresponding to the purchased service, not a prepayment, deposit,
down payment or savings card. Therefore, once the membership service is
successfully purchased, it is considered to have been used. If you need to
return or exchange it, you need to contact customer service for communication.
3.3 Fee Standard
The
charging standards are independently formulated by us based on the company's
operating costs, operating strategies and other comprehensive factors
(including but not limited to promotional price adjustments, price
fluctuations, etc.), and are subject to the product promotion page and payment
interface announcement. If the charging method or price is adjusted during
purchase or renewal, the actual confirmed charging method and the real-time
public price of the platform shall prevail (unless otherwise agreed by both
parties). Please read the relevant notice carefully before deciding whether to
renew.
3.4 Subscription Cycle
We
provide various subscription periods such as 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 1 year,
etc. Users can choose according to their needs.
3.5 Automatic renewal rules
(1) The automatic renewal service is designed to
provide convenience for users who have activated AI Storage Boost membership to
avoid service interruption due to negligence. After activation, AI Storage
Boost will initiate the next cycle fee deduction according to the iOS deduction
rules before the expiration of the current subscription period, without the
need to repeatedly verify the account password, payment password or SMS
verification code.
(2) Automatic renewal is valid for a long time
until you cancel your subscription. If you need to cancel your subscription,
you can do so directly through the subscription management in the AppStore.
(3) The AI Storage Boost system will
automatically deduct the payment one day before the expiration of the
membership service. If the iOS account balance is insufficient at the time of
the first deduction, a second deduction will be initiated on the same day; if
both deductions fail, the membership service will be suspended. The risk and
loss of renewal failure caused by insufficient account balance shall be borne
by the user.
(4) The deduction date for automatic renewal is
the day before the expiration of the current cycle (for example, if you
subscribe to a monthly service on March 29, the deduction date for the next
cycle is April 28; for a quarterly service, it is June 28; for an annual
service, it is March 28 of the following year). After the deduction is
successful, AI Storage Boost will activate the AI Storage Boost membership
service corresponding to this billing cycle for you.
(5) AI Storage Boost would like to remind you
that the amount of the AI Storage Boost membership service fee you pay for this
billing cycle shall be based on the automatic renewal price agreed upon with AI
Storage Boost when you activate the AI Storage Boost membership service.
However, in the event that AI Storage Boost carries out activities or other
circumstances where AI Storage Boost and you have made other agreements, the
aforementioned amount shall be based on the relevant agreement between AI
Storage Boost and you. At the same time, if you activate the AI Storage Boost
membership service again after unsubscribing, the amount of the AI Storage
Boost membership service fee you pay for this billing cycle shall be based on
the automatic renewal price agreed upon with AI Storage Boost when you activate
the service again.
3.6 Automatic renewal

4. Membership regulations and
breach of contract
1. When using the AI Storage Boost membership
service, you are prohibited from engaging in the following actions:
(1) Tampering with service content, duration,
fees, transaction status and other information through technical means to
obtain membership rights;
(2) Submit the AI Storage Boost membership
service to others for use (including but not limited to transfer, donation,
loan, lease, sale, etc.);
(3) Crack, change, reverse, tamper with or
otherwise damage any security technology of the AI Storage Boost membership
service.
(4) Distribute, develop, transfer, sell,
display, disseminate, adapt, re-create or commercially exploit any of the
exclusive functions or services of AI Storage Boost members;
(5) Any person who obtains AI Storage Boost
membership services through illegal or improper means or exploits loopholes or
conducts malicious refunds.
(6) Other acts that violate AI Storage Boost's
User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
2. If you violate this Agreement and/or the User
Agreement or Privacy Policy, AI Storage Boost has the right to independently
decide and may, without prior notice to you, choose to:
(1) Suspend or terminate your AI Storage Boost
membership service, take measures including but not limited to restricting,
freezing or terminating the AI Storage Boost membership service, and you will
be solely responsible for the consequences of being unable to use the AI
Storage Boost membership service, and the fees you have paid will not be
refunded;
(2) Pursue legal liability to administrative law
enforcement agencies or judicial authorities. If any third party (including the
platform and its affiliates) suffers damage due to your violation of this
Agreement, you shall bear the responsibility independently; if the platform and
its affiliates suffer losses, you shall bear the liability for compensation in
accordance with the law.
5. Intellectual Property
Statement
All
exclusive features and service content provided by AI Storage Boost membership
service are owned by us, our licensors or affiliates. The license for use of
materials and features granted by us and our affiliates to you does not
constitute a partial or full transfer of intellectual property rights under any
circumstances. The member materials you download or use through AI Storage
Boost are limited to personal entertainment, learning, research or appreciation
purposes. Without written authorization, it is strictly prohibited to use them
in commercial scenarios.
6. Suspension and Termination
of AI Storage Boost Membership Service
If
you have objections to AI Storage Boost's modification of these rules, or are
dissatisfied with the AI Storage Boost membership services we provide, you may
proactively interrupt or terminate the AI Storage Boost membership services,
including but not limited to failure to renew upon expiration and proactive
cancellation.
7. Changes to the Terms
We have the right to update the terms of this
Agreement when necessary, so please pay attention to the relevant content
regularly. If you continue to use the service, you will be deemed to have
agreed to the changed terms; if you do not agree, you must immediately stop
using the service and uninstall the application.
8. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to adjust the service
content or stop the service at any time without additional notice. If we change
or stop the service, we will only be responsible for the trouble, inconvenience
or damage that may occur within the scope of fault required by laws and
regulations.
9. Applicable Law and
Jurisdiction of Disputes
This
User Agreement shall be governed by the laws of mainland China. Any dispute
arising from this User Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the
court where the defendant resides.
10.Definition and others
(1)
“AI Storage Boost” refers to an
application software product developed, operated and managed by us and our
affiliates, which is designed to provide you with free, non-exclusive and
global software license and technical services within the scope of this Agreement.
“AI Storage Boost” under this
Agreement may refer to the AI Storage Boost mobile terminal, the independent
website we set up for AI Storage Boost, or the related technical services we
provide around the AI Storage Boost software product, depending on the context.

“We” or “us” refers to the developer of AI Storage Boost: Liutu.
